Services

Individual Therapy
This service is tailored to meet individual needs and treatment goals are established collaboratively between the patient, psychologist, and when appropriate, family members and other treatment providers. After the initial evaluation, recommendations for therapy will be provided. Sessions are typically scheduled for 45-minutes or 60-minutes. Length of treatment is highly dependent on the individual and personal goals.

Eating Disorder Assessment
A one-time comprehensive assessment for eating disorder concerns across the spectrum and of any severity can be scheduled without any commitment to starting therapy. Recommendations for treatment will be provided, including referral to more intensive treatment options, if appropriate.

Relationship and Parenting Support
These services are open to any person(s) seeking support with their relationships, whether it be familial, parental, or romantic. Typical goals include enhanced communication, improved intimacy, and effective conflict resolution. When parenting is the main focus, goals often include learning new strategies to address behaviors in children and teens, improve communication between parents and child, and increased support with parenting a child/teen struggling with a mental health condition.
