Compassionate, Evidence-Based Therapy for Eating Disorders,
Body Image, Anxiety, and ADHD
Welcome, I'm Ashley
Life can feel overwhelming in many different ways. You may find yourself caught in patterns you understand intellectually but still can’t seem to change — anxiety that won’t quiet down, perfectionism that keeps moving the goalpost, complicated thoughts about food or your body, relationship stress, burnout, or simply the sense that you’ve become disconnected from yourself and the life you want to be living.
While I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body image disturbance and anxiety, I also work with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Therapy does not require having a specific diagnosis or being in crisis. Many clients simply want greater clarity, balance, self-understanding, or support during difficult seasons of life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I also believe that if I’m asking you to do hard things in therapy, you deserve to understand why. An important part of my work is helping you make sense of what’s happening — how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, experiences, and nervous system can work together to keep patterns going, even when you desperately want them to change.
Therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It’s about understanding yourself differently, developing greater self-compassion, and building a life that feels more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
