Therapy That Is Thoughtful, Practical, and Personalized
I provide telehealth therapy and assessment services to clients located in participating PSYPACT states. This allows me to work virtually with adults across many states while maintaining the standards of licensed psychological care.

Individual Therapy
for Adults 18+
Individual therapy is a space to better understand what’s keeping you stuck and begin changing patterns that may no longer be working for you. Sometimes those patterns are obvious; other times you may simply know that something doesn’t feel right, even if you can’t quite explain why.
Our work may involve understanding the connections between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships; learning practical skills; challenging long-standing beliefs; practicing new ways of responding; or gradually approaching things anxiety has taught you to avoid.
Treatment is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. Individual therapy begins with a comprehensive initial assessment, which allows us to better understand your concerns and develop recommendations for treatment. Ongoing sessions are typically 45 or 60 minutes.
Eating Disorder Assessment and Consultation
for Individuals 12+
Are you concerned about your eating or your child’s eating but unsure what to do or where to start? Perhaps a physician, therapist, dietitian, or other provider has expressed concern, or you’ve noticed changes yourself and aren’t sure whether they indicate an eating disorder, how serious they may be, or what kind of help is needed.
Early identification and intervention can make an important difference in eating disorder recovery. You do not need to wait until symptoms become severe—or until you are certain that an eating disorder is present—to seek an assessment.
I offer one-time comprehensive eating disorder assessments for individuals ages 12 and older, with no expectation or commitment to beginning ongoing therapy with me. The assessment evaluates eating and body image concerns, their severity and impact, and common co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. With appropriate consent, I can also consult with existing treatment providers to better understand their concerns.
Following the assessment, I provide individualized recommendations for next steps, which may include outpatient therapy, nutrition support, medical monitoring, specialized treatment, or a higher level of care when appropriate. Referrals to trusted providers and treatment programs can also be provided.
Please note: My ongoing individual therapy practice is limited to adults ages 18 and older.
