Anxiety & Stress Management
Anxiety can show up as overthinking, constant worry, physical tension, irritability, difficulty relaxing, sleep disruption, or feeling mentally “on” all the time.
Together, we work to better understand the underlying patterns contributing to anxiety while building practical tools for:
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Emotional awareness
-
Boundary setting
-
Self-compassion
-
Stress management
-
Reducing overwhelm
-
Increasing flexibility and balance
OCD & Perfectionism
I work with individuals struggling with mild to moderate obsessive thinking, compulsive behaviors, reassurance seeking, intrusive thoughts, and perfectionistic patterns that interfere with daily life and relationships.
Many clients with OCD or perfectionism feel exhausted by the pressure to constantly “get things right,” control uncertainty, or meet impossibly high internal standards.
Therapy may include:
-
Exposure and response prevention (ERP)-informed strategies
-
Reducing compulsive patterns
-
Tolerating uncertainty
-
Decreasing mental rituals
-
Developing self-trust
-
Learning flexibility instead of rigidity

I have a deep passion for supporting women’s mental health through every season of life. Women often carry immense responsibilities while navigating changing roles, relationships, careers, motherhood, body image, and the pressure to hold everything together. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
I also have specialized training in working with women with ADHD, recognizing that it often presents differently than many people expect. Instead of obvious hyperactivity, ADHD may show up as chronic overwhelm, perfectionism, emotional intensity, difficulty staying organized, procrastination, or feeling like you’re constantly falling behind despite working incredibly hard. Many women spend years masking their struggles, believing they’re simply “not enough” or that they just need to try harder.
My approach combines compassion with practical, evidence-based strategies that help you work with your brain rather than against it. Together, we’ll address not only the challenges of ADHD, but also the shame, anxiety, burnout, and self-criticism that so often accompany it.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking a late diagnosis, or simply wanting to feel more confident and at peace with yourself, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
You don’t have to be in crisis or have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes you simply want a space to reflect, grow, and better understand yourself. Whether you’re navigating life’s transitions, managing everyday stress, strengthening relationships, or investing in your overall well-being, therapy can help you live with greater intention, resilience, and self-compassion. You deserve support not just when you’re struggling, but also as you work toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
