Life can feel overwhelming in many different ways. You may be struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, relationship difficulties, burnout, self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you want to be living.

While I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and related concerns, I also work with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Therapy does not require having a specific diagnosis or being in crisis. Many clients simply want greater clarity, balance, self-understanding, or support during difficult seasons of life.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
